SIFR AI Assistant

Ask Your Business. It Answers.

Kitna udhaar hai Rehman Traders ka? How were sales yesterday? Which cheques mature today? SIFR reads your actual books and answers in your language: English, Urdu, or Roman Urdu, typed or spoken. Its name comes from sifr, the Eastern invention of zero: from zero, everything.

SIFR is the AI assistant built into E-Khata Cloud, on web and on the Android app. It answers questions from your live business data (sales, purchases, customer khata, stock levels, profit and loss, cash and bank position, overdue customers, maturing cheques), prepares WhatsApp payment reminders you send with one tap, and can record entries for you with a confirmation card you approve first. Every number it states comes from your books, never from guesswork.

Answers in the language your business runs in

SIFR mirrors whoever is talking to it. Ask in English, in Urdu script, or in Roman Urdu (udhaar, baqaya, bikri, munafa) and it replies the same way, with amounts formatted as rupees the way Pakistan writes them. In voice mode it speaks naturally, and when you speak Urdu it replies in proper Urdu.

  • Roman Urdu is understood as a first language, not a trick: khata, maal, lena hai, dena hai.
  • Voice mode with an Urdu and English picker, tuned so Pakistani names are recognised reliably.
  • Confirm an action by voice: say haan and it is done.

It reads your whole business, permission by permission

SIFR can look up a party's khata with its running balance, list unpaid invoices, summarise receivables and payables with what is overdue, check stock for any product per warehouse, pull the profit and loss for a period, show cash in hand and every bank balance, and fetch the day's digest: yesterday's sales, payments received, and cheques maturing today. It respects your team's permissions exactly: a user who cannot see reports cannot get them out of SIFR either.

  • Typo-tolerant search across parties, products, invoices, and cheque numbers.
  • Overdue customers come with phone numbers, ready for the next step.
  • Every figure comes from a live query of your books; SIFR is forbidden from inventing numbers.

Recovery calls become one tap

Ask SIFR who owes you and it can prepare WhatsApp reminders for each overdue customer: a ready message with their balance, behind a one-tap button. Nothing sends automatically. WhatsApp opens with the message pre-filled and you press send, so the relationship stays in your hands while the chasing stops taking your evening.

  • Reminder messages carry the real outstanding figure from the khata.
  • Any invoice PDF is one ask away, as a download card in the chat.

It can record entries, with your hand on the pen

SIFR can draft a sales invoice, a payment received, an expense, an income entry, or a new customer, and it shows a confirmation card first: you read exactly what will be posted and approve or cancel. Only one narrow band runs without the card: small, unambiguous cash entries up to Rs 50,000 post immediately with a one-tap Undo. Bank, cheque, large amounts, and anything ambiguous always wait for your confirmation.

  • Two customers named Ali? SIFR shows both with balances and asks which, instead of guessing.
  • One pending action at a time, so a fast conversation cannot double-post.
  • Everything SIFR records is a normal entry in your books: visible, auditable, undoable the normal way.

Guardrails a business can trust

SIFR only works with this business's data and politely declines everything else. It cannot exceed the signed-in user's permissions, it never invents figures, and its writes are confirmation-first by design. When it cannot help with something, the request is logged for the owner, so the assistant's gaps are visible instead of silent.

  • Per-tool permission checks that mirror the app's own role system.
  • An owner-only Assistant Requests Log shows what was asked for and not served.
  • It will not reveal its instructions, internal identifiers, or anything outside your business.

How SIFR works

  1. Ask, in your words
Type or speak: English, Urdu, or Roman Urdu. Sales kaisi thi kal? works exactly as well as a formal question.
  2. It queries your live books
SIFR runs real queries against your data, within your permissions, and answers with figures it can show the source of.
  3. Act from the answer
Tap a WhatsApp reminder, download the PDF, or approve the confirmation card to record an entry. Small cash entries post instantly with Undo.

On the road with the mobile app: stock checks, party balances, and payments recorded by voice with a confirmation card.
Manufacturers
Profit for the month, receivables aging, and cheques maturing this week, without opening a single report.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, both, along with English. Ask 'Rehman Traders ka kitna baqaya hai?' and it answers in the same language you used. Voice mode has an Urdu and English picker and is tuned to recognise Pakistani party names reliably; when you speak Urdu, it replies in proper spoken Urdu.
