Send the photo the way you already send it
There is no scanner and no special app. Take a photo of the parchi and send it to BAWA AI on WhatsApp, or attach it with the paperclip in the BAWA AI chat on the web. BAWA AI first checks that the photo really is an order. A receipt, a note or a photo of something else is not turned into a bill.

Every line placed on your own products
A parchi says zeera; your catalogue says Zeera Safed. BAWA AI matches each written item to the nearest product in your own list, across Urdu and English spellings, and matches the customer's name the same way. Lines it cannot place are marked as not found, so you pick the product yourself instead of getting a wrong one. If nothing on the paper matches any product, no draft is written and BAWA AI tells you what it read.

Units the way the paper writes them
Paper says 2 darjan, the shelf counts pieces. Paper says 1 maund, stock is kept in kilos. BAWA AI reads the unit on the parchi and converts it to the way the product is actually stocked, so the bill and the stock both come out right. A unit that cannot fit the product, like kilos of a counted item, is marked for you to check and never converted by guess.

The written total is the proof
The person who wrote the parchi already added it up, so BAWA AI uses that. The amount on each line is the figure written on the paper, never a price pulled from your catalogue, and the rate is worked out from it. The lines are then added up and compared with the total at the bottom. When the sum says a crossed-out line was really struck off, it is left out; when it says the mark was a tick, the line stays and is marked for checking. If the figures still do not agree, the draft shows you both numbers and forces nothing to fit.

Fix a quantity, swap a product from a search, pick the customer, remove a line, then tap Sahi hai on a line or Baqi sab sahi hain for the rest. Back in WhatsApp, bill bana do posts it as a real invoice in your books.

It learns what your shop calls things
Every shop has its own words on paper. When you confirm a line on the review page and then post the bill, BAWA AI remembers that this word means this product. Once the same word has been confirmed on two different bills, it is matched with confidence from then on. A single tap that approves twenty lines at once teaches nothing, so a hurried approval cannot fill it with wrong lessons.
