Say it the way you would tell your munshi: Ali Traders ko 5 bori cheeni ka bill bana do, 20 hazar cash mil gaye. BAWA AI hears it, makes the bill, records the cash and shows you the card. In the app, on the web, or as a WhatsApp voice note.
Voice commands let you run E-Khata Cloud by speaking. Send BAWA AI a voice note in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English and it turns what you said into the right entries in your books: a bill, a payment, an expense, a stock entry, or several of them in one note. It listens against your own customer and product names, and when it is not sure of a name or an amount it asks you instead of guessing.

Say it the way you already say it
No menus, no forms, no special words. Talk the way the counter talks: which customer, which items, how much, how it was paid. BAWA AI works out the entry from that, makes it in your books and sends back a card with what was posted. The same goes for questions: Rehman Traders ka kitna baqaya hai? gets the balance from the khata.

It hears your names, not just words
General speech tools stumble on shop names and party names. BAWA AI listens with your own list in hand: the names of your customers, vendors and products are given to it with every note, so Rehman Traders and MDF 17 come out the way they are written in your books. If the speech comes back in Hindi script, it is turned into Latin letters before it reaches you.

Several jobs in one note
Real instructions come in bunches. Shakil Bhai ko naya customer bana do, un ka bill teen items ka, aur cash le lo. BAWA AI splits that into its steps, does each one in order and tells you what it did at the end, with a card for every entry.

It asks instead of guessing
A wrong entry is worse than a question. When BAWA AI is not sure which Ali you meant, or whether you said five thousand or fifty, it asks. When a note could not be heard clearly at all, it says so and asks you to say it again or type it. A confident wrong item or amount is the one thing it is built to avoid.

- An unclear amount is checked with you before it is posted.
- A note it could not hear is never turned into an entry.
Wherever you are standing
Use your voice wherever E-Khata is. In the Android app, hold the mic and record a note the way WhatsApp does it, and see what it heard. On the web, press the mic in the BAWA AI chat and speak; the web can also read the answer aloud. On WhatsApp, just send BAWA AI a voice note like you would to anyone else.

Every spoken entry has a card and an Undo
Voice does not change the rules. Every entry made from a voice note shows on a card with what was posted, and Undo reverses it exactly. If you prefer to approve money entries first, turn on Ask me about money in Settings and voice follows it too.
- Say undo kar do, or tap Undo on the card.
- The same role permissions as the app: a voice note cannot do what that user is not allowed to do.
