Send it a voice note or a photo of a handwritten parchi, in the app or on WhatsApp, and it does the work too.
BAWA AI is the AI assistant built into E-Khata Cloud, on the web, in the Android app and on WhatsApp. It answers questions from your live business data (sales, purchases, customer khata, stock levels, profit and loss, cash and bank position, overdue customers, maturing cheques), prepares WhatsApp payment reminders you send with one tap, and records the day's work for you: bills, payments, expenses, returns and stock, from a typed message, a voice note or a photographed parchi. Every entry it makes shows on a card with an Undo, and every number it states comes from your books, never from guesswork.

Answers in the language your business runs in
BAWA AI mirrors whoever is talking to it. Ask in English, in Urdu script, or in Roman Urdu (udhaar, baqaya, bikri, munafa) and it replies the same way, with amounts formatted as rupees the way Pakistan writes them. On the web it can also read its answer aloud, and when you speak Urdu it replies in proper Urdu.
- Roman Urdu is understood as a first language, not a trick: khata, maal, lena hai, dena hai.
- Voice notes in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English, heard against your own customer and product names so Pakistani names come out right.
- On WhatsApp, reply haan to a pending card and it is done.
Bol ke kaam karwao: say it, and it is done
You do not have to type. Hold the mic in the app, or send a voice note on WhatsApp, and say what happened: Ali Traders ko 5 bori cheeni ka bill bana do, 20 hazar cash mil gaye. BAWA AI writes down what it heard, makes the bill, records the cash and shows you the card. If it is not sure of a name or an amount, it asks you instead of guessing.

- Spoken amounts like pachas hazar or dhai lakh are read as the numbers you meant.
- A note it could not hear clearly is never turned into a wrong entry: it asks you to say it again or type it.
A photo of the parchi becomes a bill
Take a photo of a handwritten order slip and send it to BAWA AI on WhatsApp, or attach it with the paperclip in the web chat. BAWA AI reads every line, matches each item to your own product list (in Urdu or English spelling), checks its total against the total written on the paper, and saves a draft bill with the photo beside it. You check it, fix a line if needed, and say bill bana do.
- Crossed-out lines on the parchi are left out.
- It learns what your shop calls its products on paper, once you confirm them.
- A parchi is always a draft first. Nothing posts until you say so.
BAWA AI on WhatsApp
The owner and the staff already live on WhatsApp, so BAWA AI does too. Turn it on in Settings, link the phone numbers that may use it, and message it like any contact: ask a balance, send a voice note, forward a parchi or a payment screenshot. It follows each person's role permissions exactly as the app does, and it sends back a document for every entry it makes.
- Link several phones, each confirmed with its own code.
- Choose the reply language per chat: Roman Urdu, English or Urdu.
- Forward a bank or wallet payment screenshot and it records the receipt, and refuses the same screenshot twice.
- Run more than one business? Type switch to change which one you are working on.
It reads your whole business, permission by permission
BAWA AI can look up a party's khata with its running balance, list unpaid invoices, summarise receivables and payables with what is overdue, check stock for any product per warehouse, pull the profit and loss for a period, show cash in hand and every bank balance, and fetch the day's digest: yesterday's sales, payments received, and cheques maturing today. It respects your team's permissions exactly: a user who cannot see reports cannot get them out of BAWA AI either.
- Typo-tolerant search across parties, products, invoices, and cheque numbers.

- Find any bill or voucher by its number, or ask kar liya? to see what BAWA AI just recorded.

- Every figure comes from a live query of your books; BAWA AI is forbidden from inventing numbers.
Recovery calls become one tap
Ask BAWA AI who owes you and it can prepare WhatsApp reminders for each overdue customer: a ready message with their balance, behind a one-tap button. Nothing sends automatically. WhatsApp opens with the message pre-filled and you press send, so the relationship stays in your hands while the chasing stops taking your evening.
- Reminder messages carry the real outstanding figure from the khata.
- Any invoice, receipt or voucher as a PDF is one ask away, as a download card in the chat.
- Reports too: ask for the profit and loss, a customer's ledger or the balance sheet and it sends the PDF.
- Aaj ke saare bills bhejo: several documents come back merged into one file with a cover page.
It can record entries, with your hand on the pen
BAWA AI can make a sales invoice, receive a payment, pay a vendor, record an expense or an income entry, or add a new customer, and every entry comes back as a card that shows exactly what was posted. You choose how it behaves in Settings. Just do it, the default, posts straight away with a one-tap Undo on the card. Ask me about money shows the card first for anything that moves money, and posts only when you approve. When a line is unclear, BAWA AI saves a draft instead of guessing, and posts it when you say bill bana do.
- Two customers named Ali? BAWA AI shows both with balances and asks which, instead of guessing.
- One pending action at a time, so a fast conversation cannot double-post.
- Say undo kar do, or tap Undo, and the last entry is reversed exactly.
- Everything BAWA AI records is a normal entry in your books: visible, auditable, undoable the normal way.
More of the daily work, not only invoices
The work of a shop does not stop at the sales bill, so neither does BAWA AI. It records the purchase bill when goods arrive, the sales return when they come back, the stock receipt, opening stock and write-off, the cash moved to the bank, and every step of a cheque's life. When something was entered wrong, it can edit the bill, cancel it by customer name, or correct a voucher, always with a card that shows the old and the new.

- Cash to bank transfers, discounts and bad debts.

Guardrails a business can trust
BAWA AI only works with this business's data and politely declines everything else. It cannot exceed the signed-in user's permissions, it never invents figures, and every entry it makes shows on a card you can undo. When it cannot help with something, the request is logged for the owner, so the assistant's gaps are visible instead of silent.
