Can the invoice print in Urdu?

Yes. Any field can print in English, Urdu or both, including the line-item table with parallel Urdu columns, and Urdu renders correctly on the PDF and the printer.

Which documents can I design?

Every printable document type: sales invoice, quotation, sales order, delivery challan, sales return, purchase order, purchase bill, purchase return, receipt and payment vouchers, and stock and production documents. Each has its own templates and default.

Can I add my own fields, like a vehicle number or PO reference?

Yes. Custom fields are added per document type, entered on the form, and placed on the print by the designer.

Can I control invoice numbering?

Yes. Each document type has a series with a prefix, a starting number and a yearly or never reset. A cosmetic display number can count simply for the counter without affecting the real sequence.

Does the FBR QR code print on the invoice?

Yes. On a filed invoice the Invoice Reference Number and QR code are fields you place on the layout like any other.

Bilingual: English and Urdu on the same page

Pakistani invoices are read by people who prefer different scripts, sometimes at the same counter. Any field can print in English, in Urdu, or as a stacked pair, including the line-item table, which can carry parallel Urdu columns. Product names, party names and terms that you entered in Urdu print in Urdu, in a font that renders correctly.

Custom fields and your own branding

Add the fields your trade needs to any document type: PO number, vehicle number, driver, salesperson, project, batch, delivery slot. They are entered on the document and placed on the print by the designer. Control exactly which of your logo, company name, address, phone, email and tax numbers appear, per document type.

Each document type has its own numbering series: a prefix, a starting number, and whether it resets each year. Alongside the real number, a cosmetic display number can count 1, 2, 3 for the counter and reset when you say, without touching the sequence the books use. Numbers are per business, so branches in a group each keep their own series.
